Trapasso is an abstract sculpture made of larch wood by Walter Perdan. The passing away is the movement from one place to another, passing through an obstacle or an impediment. You pass on either side or the recipient of a place both physically and mentally. It is a transition to a higher state, as an abstract sculpture wants to represent. A transformation of our soul and mind.

It is a theme that in some ways I have already dealt with in other works such as Quadrato nero (English: Black Square).
